This dress is fabulous, with or without a belt. Heavy design work. Performing in Downtown Abby? Or making another 1920's film,? Then you need this dress! Excellent vintage condition with belled sleeves! So shiny, classic diamonds. The bust area is about 19 1/2 laying flat. Fits about 40-inch chest (and does have a small amount of stretch). The length is 43 inches from shoulder to bottom & the upper sleeve is 11 inches flat & 19 long. The slits on the sides make it perfect to wear over leggings, skirt, pantaloons, Or you can easily stitch them & wear as a dress. Truly an exceptional dress!
