They are hand cut & stained on the sides & back with a rich brown color. The item listed here measures 8x10 inches & fits a 4x6 photo best. Your pattern of choice is professionally printed on top & sealed for permanent protection. My items are not painted. They come with wooden pegs for support, & a saw tooth hanger attached for wall hanging. Text color can be picked from the drop down menu. Handmade in the USA.
