Paying homage to early Halloween - My favorite time in Halloween history with these vintage inspired - Johanna Parker noisemakers. This design is special to me, as it was created in an artist collaboration with the one & only, Johanna Parker, as part of her JPD Partners in Craft Network. I'm proud to be an artist creating under her name & bringing forth these fun Halloween goodies. They are hand painted & distressed giving the appearance that they've been passed down for many years. They have Johanna's character faces painted on them, but they are displayed in a more primitive way, as they're distressed to perfection & the colors have been muted down for a more authentic primitive appearance. These noisemaker/rattles will look great tucked into all kinds of Halloween decor, & especially alongside your favorite JPD collectibles. I use decorative garlands from the famous Beistle Co. (founded in 1900 here in PA) known for their paper Halloween products. Price is for 1 approx: 2"x8" Each is handmade & unique in their own way. No two rattles are the same.
