I'm unable to begin work on your order until I've received the picture If you're like me, you love anything & everything related to your dog! Send me some pictures of your dog & I will match their colouring & any unique facial markings. I will handwrite the name of your dog on the back of the ornament along with a heart underneath. Please feel free to reach out if you have any special requests! Each ornament is hand-painted on a natural wood slice by myself in Bath, England. The ornament hangs from a natural jute string. As each ornament is made to order & unique, there may be slight variations between ornaments. The wood slices vary slightly in size & shape, but they are all between 8 - 9 cm tall & wide. Shipping: - Orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive to you safely! - in the UK, orders under £20 will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class. You can upgrade at checkout to Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For if you would prefer. - in the UK, orders over £20 will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For. - EU orders will be sent via tracked & signed shipping - USA orders will be sent via international tracked & signed.
