Antique Victorian black cotton blouse has rows of pin tucks on the shoulders, & a radial pin tuck detail on the back. The blouse has a button front & button cuffs. Condition Overall good with flaws & imperfections. Has small holes & repairs at the back neck, areas of small holes near the front side seams near the hem, & needle holes where there used to be a seam at the waist. Satin covered buttons on the sleeve cuffs are frayed & have holes. There's a small seam repair on the left sleeve seam, & small stains with two tiny holes on the right sleeve near the cuff.
