The enamel is intact except for a tiny tiny little 'flea bite' under the letter 'a'. There's a dotted guilloche pattern under the enamel. Just under 7/8" (2.17 cm) tall by 9/16" (1.4 mm) wide by 1/16" (1.5 mm) thick. Marked 'Made in Ireland' along with a full set of hallmarks including the Dublin assay office Hibernia, the crowned harp, the 'Q' 1958 date mark , & a makers mark I can't make out.
