These were cut out of 24g copper sheet with a disc cutter. The circles are 1" in diameter. I then stamped them with my mark & drilled the holes in them. They were then vigorously cleaned & enameled using a torch. The decal was fused into the enameled glass & then the backs were sealed with a protective sealer to keep from tarnishing.
