Gourmet Italian Plum Simple Syrup This syrup is made from Italian Plums grown in our farm orchard. The plums are hand picked at full ripeness, cored & steam juiced. At that time the juice is bottled with the addition of sugar & water to insure the consistency of simple syrup. The result is a true & strong flavor of plum with a slight sweetness. Suggested Cocktails or Mocktails: Plum & Amaretto Sour 1 1/2 oz. Amaretto Liqueur 3/4 oz. Bourbon 1 oz. freshly squeezed Lemon Juice 1 oz. Heirloom Gourmet Plum Simple Syrup Splash of Seltzer Water or Club Soda Ice an old-fashion glass & add liquor, syrup & lemon juice. Stir to combine & add a splash of setzer.
