The 30"x40" is a better fit for a child. However, this size would work for a small lap blanket. The design is printed on the front of the blanket using high quality inks that won't fade! No embroidery or vinyl is used. Minky & Fleece are white on back. All blankets are made to order with the personalization you leave at checkout. With this being in mind, current production time is about 2-5 business days (MONDAY-FRIDAY). Occassionally, an order may take a few extra days.
