Fig + Date's canvas pennant flags are hand cut + sewn with utility canvas & screen printed design. Every flag is finished on top with grommets & a natural twill band. Small imperfections are normal! We aim for quality in our craftsmanship, but you'll always tell they were made by two sets of hands...not robots. Fabric/ink color options: - Black canvas with white ink - Blue canvas with white ink - Green canvas with white ink - Natural canvas with black ink Size: Roughly 12"x13". How long until my item ships? All made to order items will ship within 3-5 business days. During the holiday season, we will most likely be closer to 5 business days. All custom orders take 7+ business days. Refunds: There are no refunds/returns for lost/stolen, custom, or last chance orders. Item was delivered, but damaged? Shoot us a message within 24 hours of original delivery. Send us a photo of your damaged item, & we'll see what we can do for you! Item lost in the mail? Shoot us a message within 10 days after your original expected delivery date.
