PERSONALIZING INSTRUCTIONS: 1. You are ordering a FAMILY OF 2 only (not including pets). If you want a different family size you must choose it from that category. 2. Let us know the names you want on your ornament by using the YELLOW NUMBERS as guides. 3. IMPORTANT! If you are adding pets, use the "Pet Options" drop-down menu to let us know how many (if any) pets you want added. Next, you MUST reference the PET CHART thumbnail picture when letting us know the numbers/letters of your pets. Don't forget to let us know the names of your pets as well. Pets will be placed where they look & fit best. 4. We CANNOT change any colors on the ornament. It will come exactly as pictured with the names you request. 5. Please provide a cell number & email address in case we have a question with your order. We find a lot of customer mistakes, so this will save time.
