This features a black/yellow/white cotton plaid base, white cotton eyelet contrast, unlined interior, short sleeves, large shoulder pads, neckline gathers, tie keyhole neckline, gathered bust, fitted waistband, bow details, double hip pockets, gathered A-line skirt, clear lucite buttons, & button up back closure! MEASUREMENTS Bust: 36" Waist: 25" Hips: free Bodice length: 16 3/4" Skirt length: 26 1/2" with no hem available to let down This is in good vintage condition, there's a few small pin holes & a few small repairs. The black is washed out a bit to more of a dark gray but the cotton is still bright & crisp. There's a few faint small bleach marks as pictured & a faint hemline. The three bottom buttons are slightly different & lightly melted from an iron as pictured. There's a spot at the waistband where a button was once moved over also pictured.
