It is stretchable & fits most heads comfortably. The measurement photos shown are the hat as folded here, the fold can be adjusted & the hat can stretch as needed! You can choose the color of the hat, either black, white, light purple, or dark gray in the drop downs here. The black, white, & grey hats will have the SKOL in Purple & Yellow.
