Gorgeous lustered cranberry gold pink / rosaline vintage Czech transparent glass tube / bugle beads, with a silver luster surface finish. This gorgeous rich pink was made with gold as a glass colorant, & has been out of production for many years. Unlike modern pink beads, the color is in the glass, not applied as a dye or coating. Average size: 1.75 mm wide x 6.85 - 7.15 mm long. Approximately 3.75 beads per inch. Each package contains 10 grams of beads (illustrated in photos). Many of these colors are no longer manufactured, either because they were too expensive to produce, the results of the recipe were too varied, or because the secrets of their manufacture were lost when the factories which made them shut down.
