Cotton is our organic fabric. Cotton often has a less bright, softer display of the beautiful design. Three Cotton Fabric Choices: Cotton One: Basic Combed cotton is softer than regular cotton because it doesn't have any impurities or short protruding threads as they have been combed out. Combed cotton is also stronger than regular cotton because the combing process removes short fibers, which are prone to breakage Cotton Two: PIMA combed cotton is good & it is one of the top cotton varieties you can find. Stronger, Softer & long lasting. Cotton Three: Cotton Twill: Cotton twill is characterized by diagonal lines on the face of the fabric. The yarns are packed very closely together, resulting in a strong, thick fabric. This heavyweight weave is perfect for home décor projects such as pillow, drapes as well as clothing such as pants, jeans, & jackets. The higher thread count cotton fabrics are generally softer & wear well, which make them great for everyday use & has an excellent stretch across the grain. Faux Linen: Faux Linen has a very soft feel to it. It is a blended fabric & offers all the aesthetic advantages of natural linen but is easy to maintain. Also since it is made of polyester instead of flax, it is less costly. Faux linen is a durable material that drapes well. Washing instructions on all our fabrics: Machine Wash - Cold Water - Gentle Cycle - Mild Detergent - Non-Chlorine Bleach when needed - Tumble Dry low Not for use for resale William Morris (1834-1896) was a British artist, designer, & writer who played a significant role in the Arts & Crafts movement of the late 19th century.
