As is common with these sets, the plastic softener in the vinyl is breaking down which in turn causes the inside to be slightly sticky; the coins seem to have also slightly reacted to being in contact with the plastic & as a result, a kind of oil like substance is present on the surface of some of the coins & on the inner plastic surface of the pockets themselves. Some of the coins also have some small traces of a green substance on them.
