This listing is for a custom, handmade tutu made in our popular pixie cut style, for pre-teens, teenagers & adults. It is made in a color blocked pattern, with large sections of each color including shocking pink, orange, yellow, lime green, turquoise blue, & purple, for a brighter neon take on a traditional rainbow. This listing is for a pixie cut tutu that will be made in a length of your choice. The length is measured from the top of the waistband to the end of the pointed fabric strips. Tutu shown is 20" long. Our standard fullness tutus are made to be very full. We also offer a "less full" option available at a lower cost. Each size & length option is available in a standard fullness or a less full option. Please refer to the last photo to see the difference between the standard & less full options. We recommend wearing a slip with your tutu for modesty purposes, or pairing with leggings or shorts. The tulle fabric used to create each tutu is a diamond weave netting. It is, by nature, see-through. Our standard fullness tutus are made with so much fabric that it creates a solid look, however, there is still risk of exposure. Less full tutus are see-through. This is a completely sewn tutu made with 6 bright neon shades. Because each tutu is custom made-to-order, you may choose to customize the colors of your tutu.
