This cart cover helps reduce your child's exposure to germs on shopping carts . It has two, 2 inch slits for baby's very own safety belt. No need to use the belt that's attached to the basket. The white poly-webbing seat belt has an adjustable parachute buckle & spring clip to secure the strap to the shopping cart. The cover is secured to the basket with a band of elastic. The leg openings are edged with coordinating bias tape. There is a double layer of batting to cushion your little ones ride.
