Your mockup will be sent to either you through an etsy message or to the email you used to send your photo within 24 hours. Please check both frequently. Please do not send your phone number. When you order you are signifying that you have read all the information in the description. If you need to contact me for approximate delivery times, please let me know the size, type, zip code, & the day you need your order to arrive by. I can let you know what USPS & UPS estimate & if you need to upgrade your shipping option. CUSTOMIZATION AVAILABLE: photo (JPG, JPEG, PNG) - send your photo through an Etsy message or to pintagious@gmail.com. You can send up to 2 photos to review before you make your choice on which photo you would like to use. You may split your order between 2 photos for the same price. -Background - Sunset, Clouds, Road, or send me your own background (you provide). PHOTO CHOICE: - When choosing the photo that you would like to use, please consider the following elements: -Background: -Are there others in the photo that are too close to the subject that won't allow for a background change that will work well. -Is there enough torso of the person showing (not just cropped into the head). -Quality: -Is the photo blurry or extremely small? -Is the photo dark & hard to see the subject? -Your pin/magnet will be the same quality as the mockup you receive. Printing does not make the quality better. -Number of Photos: -You can send 2 photos for mockups. MOCKUPS & SHIPPING: You will receive your mockup within one business day of placing your order. If you order on Friday or Saturday, you'll get your mockup before Monday morning. The mockup will be sent back to you through the same channel you used to submit the image (Etsy messages or email). You have 24 hours to review & request changes. Quick review & prompt approval ensure a fast turnaround. If I don't receive change requests or approval within 24 hours, your order will be sent as is to avoid delays. The shipping time depends on when the mockup was sent, either the next day or the following day. RUSH ORDERS: If you need a rush order, please contact me first to see if it is possible.
