Sandy beige loose buttoned shirt with mao collars, hidden button row, full sleeves, gathered shoulders & pleated back. Ruggeri secretary blouse from the late 1970's to 1980's, made in USA. This blouse has a striped pattern fabric, the stripes are soft red & blue on the sandy beige background Dressed button up the front, & small pearly ones in behind the button placket. Stand up mandarin style collars. Long sleeves with slight poof at shoulders & single button closures at wrist.
