Import duties, taxes, & charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. The Shield can be opened & comes with black shield We use certified DOT & ECE open face helmets inside which makes all our products legal in all the countries of the world. Cancellations Prior to Shipment: PayPal has started not to refund their fees when an order has been canceled by the buyer, therefore we have no choice but to pass on these fees to the buyers if they choose to cancel the order prior to shipment. Extra will be added marketplace fees & taxes. Total 20%. Cancellations after delivery: If you return item with reason as like "I don't need it" or similar we will take extra 20% fees & you will pay for shipping.
