This is a wonderful recently verified Early Delizza & Elster Juliana Necklace. I had this personally verified by Frank DeLizza at the Vintage Fashion & Costume Jewelry Convention. Frank recognized his work immediately & told me that it was an early piece. Frank DeLizza told me the Red stones were only used for a very limited time as they became unavailable & this particular style & construction was a very limted production also.
