We made our wall hanger with 1/2" MDF & it is cut out on a CNC machine which gives more of an intricate cut. Our wood cutout is hand painted or stained & sealed with a clear gloss finish. Our products are handmade & no two will be exactly alike. There may be small imperfections in the wood that will not impact the beauty, quality, or function of your wall hanger. Our Labrador Retriever wall hanging comes with a brown painted background; "Welcome" is done with vinyl white lettering; topped off with a bandanna out of our red/black buffalo check fabric with white paw prints all over. The pictures shown may not be the exact door hanger you receive, but it is created like the pictures listed. Our Labrador Retriever also comes in black, yellow & cream color. RETURNS: (Custom orders cannot be returned) If you purchased an already made wall hanger & are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to let us know you are returning the item. The item must be shipped back in the original box with packing materials for safe shipping within 7 days of delivery with USPS Ground Advantage & a tracking number. Please take a photo of the tracking number & send it to us through Etsy messages. Once received we will issue a refund minus the original shipping fee.
