Wonderful old fabric for all kinds of projects, this was most likely used as shirting fabric & would be an excellent choice for creating authentic period clothing or costumes. It has a wonderful classic French look, perhaps was used for collarless dress chemises / shirts. One still retains an old shop label still intact. Dark Grey. Each piece measures 83" x 39", we have 2 available. Clean & well cared for unused condition with some storage signs on the outer edges, we have left in as found condition.
