Description
A very rare mid-century UFO lamp from Germany in the 1960s. Made of two hemispheres of lucite granules, like rice, joined in the middle into one unit (cannot be separated), in the middle is a brass decorative ring, uses one E27 bulb. Dimensions: Diameter approx. 48 cm (18.9 in) Height about 65 cm (25.6 in) Lucite height approx 15 cm (5.9 in) Condition: Completely correct, lucite is slightly melted on the inside in the center from too strong a bulb, discolored on the outside under the bulb (see last two pictures).
