A large one of a kind sculpture by American artist Carl Fahringer : Each piece is totally unique & hand crafted. This one features a telephone hanging next to the cockpit for an inflight call. It measures approx. 11" high by 6" across & can be either hung by the clear fishing line or stands on its own. These unique, witty, & one-of-a-kind Fantasy Flying Machines are the creations of G. Carl Fahringer. His ability to weld, shape & braze copper, brass, monel, & steel, is a special talent. Carl's aviation interest started at a very young age by building model planes & expanded while a flight engineer in the service. A native of Pennsylvania, Carl & his wife, Gaye later moved to the mountains in New Mexico.
