All you need to do is purchase your order, send us a picture you want to use (refer to the 2nd picture in the listing or this listing description) , & tell us what specific customization you'd like for your buttons. We will send you a preview within a few hours for you to approve before your order is fulfilled. Please note delay in providing the Personalization details and/or approval of a design preview may delay when your order is shipped & delivered. You can choose between: - Button size 2.25" or 3" - Crowns A, B, C, D or No crown. - Optional text - Custom text color Minimum order is 5 buttons. - HOW MANY DIFFERENT PICTURES CAN I USE? - This specific listing has a limit of ONE picture per "Total amount" ordered. If you'd like to order more than one different picture, you can contact us for a custom order or simply treat each picture as a separate item to add to your cart. CUSTOMERS in ALASKA & HAWAII Since we ship packages with UPS shipping cost to Alaska & Hawaii may be higher than it is in the lower 48. If you need your order shipped to either area we ask you contact us before ordering. We will provide you with a quote & a custom order. HOW TO SEND THE IMAGE(S) (For more detailed information, see the fifth listing picture) a) Click "Message Lee" & use the "Attach picture" option in the Etsy conversation system to send us the picture you want us to use for your design/order b) Email the photo(s) to our email: inthestars.cs@gmail.com with your Etsy username or your order number for reference. - PICTURE SIZES RECOmmENDED - We recommend the head area (the only area used for the design) in the picture to be a minimum of 600px x 600px (300dpi) in size for 2.25" buttons & 800px x 800px (300dpi) in size for 3" buttons. - ARE THESE BUTTONS WATERPROOF? - These buttons are meant for regular daily wear/use. Submerging them in water (ie: swimming in the pool/beach, putting them through the washing machine, etc.) may damage them. The protective plastic top layer will only protect them from regular moisture (ie: rain, splashing a drink on them, etc.) HOW TO ORDER? 1. Select your desired button size in the "Button diameter" drop menu. 2. Select the amount of buttons you want to order in the "Select amount here" drop menu. (Please disregard the "Quantity" option) 3. Use one of the previous messaging methods to send the picture & customization details to us. - NEED YOUR ORDER in A RUSH?
