Made to the exact standards as used between 1934 & 1940 in northern California - Kings County & north, excluding the eastern Sierras which were SoCal territory. you may select any one-, two- or three-digit number and/or letter combination. I have shown some examples in the photos associated with this auction. An original of these, complete with either diamond logo of the California State Auto Association, or the circle logo of the Auto Club of Southern California, would cost many thousands of dollars if it ever came to the market. I can also make the Southern California variant sign, with the circle-shaped logo of the Auto Club of Southern California. please see my other auctions, or specify ACSC style at checkout time. The sign is 15 1/4 by 17 1/2 inches, & weighs 4 pounds 2 ounces. This is a high quality, heavy steel remake that has the same high gloss & is indistinguishable from the original 1930s porcelain sign. Accept no imitations that may be one-third this price, but are one-tenth the quality. No cheap tin to be found here, with the wrong fonts, layouts, size, shape, or any other manner of embarrassing imperfection.
