St. George Street is a tiny road that extends from the High Street in the center of Canterbury, England, where churches have stood since the sixth century. in the Middle Ages, thousands of pilgrims came to Canterbury, more than to any other place in the English-speaking world for inspiration & renewal. The original Canterbury Cross is on display at the Royal Museum in Canterbury. Today, the Canterbury Cross has acquired widespread fame as a symbol of Canterbury Cathedral, the Mother Church of the worldwide Anglican Church.
