Official Hobbyist License #22077 You are viewing a gorgeous decorative American Flag with a 3-D relief carved United States Marine Corps emblem. Please look closely at the emblem carvings of our flags. They are a true 3-D relief carving unlike many flags you will find on Esty. Almost all other flags you will find on the internet use a carving process called "V-Carving" on the seal which is quick to produce but only yields a 2-D effect. Each seal takes several hours to carve & and produces a true 3 dimensional wood carving of the absolute highest quality at a price equal or below other flags you will find . Your flag can be personalized with the text of your choice to commemorate your loved one's service. This wooden flag is a perfect gift for the recent soldier deployment, graduate, retiree, or any special occasion when a unique gift is needed. Each flag is stained traditional red/white/blue & then finished in a combination of polyacrylic & beeswax. For wall mounting, we out a keyhole slot in the rear of the flag. We currently offer this flag in 3 different sizes: 16"x8" 24"x12" & 32"x16". Please be sure to select desired size at checkout. All flags feature a roughly .5"-.75" border around them depending on the size of the flag. All of our items are designed to last generations; thus, we make them from locally sourced solid hardwoods (normally oak or white ash depending on what our supplier has available). If you would like personalized text, please enter the text you would like in the available text box. I will send a digital rendering of the text for approval before carving. NOTE: If you do not enter any text in the box the product will NOT be engraved with any text. Each order is individually made & takes several hours per sign to carve on our CNC. After this we hand sand & finish each sign. All signs are then carefully wrapped in bubble wrap & boxed for a safe journey to their new home. Signs include sawtooth hangers for wall hanging.
