Most of the other meteorite earrings at this price point will not contain real meteorite. Be careful with the large scale producers on this website as many have hidden in their description "meteorite texture" & contain no actual meteorites. The shavings are from a Campo del Cielo Meteorite. This meteorite was discovered in Northern Argentina & Scientists determined it fell to earth between 4,200-4,700 years ago. Each pair comes with a steel Certificate of Authenticity. The earrings are sealed with a jewelry grade resin making it scratch resistant & waterproof. Engraving: Please no symbols or emojis, only common keyboard characters. English letters only. By default engraving will be on both earrings unless otherwise specified.
