A lace ruffle finishes the high neckline, & long tapered sleeves are made of horizontal pleated cotton running the entire length from shoulder to wrist. A wide black lace ruffle finishes the cuff. The matching skirt is gathered to a buttoned waistband & a wide cotton flounce finishes the hem. Made & designed by Recollections in America.
