These are great when you're in a hurry to get a cake done, or you just need a little something to make that border extra special... Flowers stay fresh for months just keep in a dry cool place, away from direct sunlight & humidity. Ingredients: wilton meringue powder, powdered sugar, water & food coloring. Merengue powder is made at facility that also processes: milk,soy,wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, fish & shellfish. PLEASE NOTE: Despite our best efforts in packaging, we can not guarantee that you will not have some damage with these delicate, hand made sugars.
