Mini bike license plates 1979 Kansas & Rhode Island from a cereal box still in plastic wrapper. Measures almost 5 inches wide by 2 inches high. Wrappers have some wear, small chip to enamel near top left screw hole on Rhode Island. Stands, bases, or any props used in photos not included.
