This fine art print by Linnea Pergola has been professionally framed, with double hangers on back, it's very heavy. The frame, black in color, is in excellent condition, there is a couple of marks at corners @ top. Measuring: Framed: 29 1/8" wide x 36" tall. Clearly marked at bottom of art: Linnea Pergola, Martin Lawrence Limited Editions, marked at very bottom in left corner of art: 1993 Martin Lawrence Limited Editions, Inc. I have no certificate on this item, but the estate where I acquired it, full of rare art, all authentic. The art itself is mesmerizing, you could look at it for hours for all the unique spots along the way. Wonderful bold colors with iconic landmarks to find, just to mention a few: Tower Records, KNAC Pure Rock 105.5, Marlboro Man...I could go on but don't want to spoil your fun.
