I designed these cards with my son in mind as we searched for some magical ways to learn the alphabet. However, they are intended to be much more than an aid to learning the alphabet. I want them to spark conversation & allow a developing mind to question & wonder. They are designed to be versatile & used any way you like. These are some of the ways we have enjoyed them... - Spend the day looking for one of the wonders in the world around you. - Divide into groups: biggest, loudest, most colourful. - Draw or paint your own version. - Discuss its origins. Where is it from? Where does it grow? - Dedicate a day to one of the wonders. What else can you discover about it? - Find objects around the house with the same qualities.
