Description
Red jewel ornamental grass (setaria italica 'red jewel') is closely related to foxtail millet, but with the gorgeous red blooms. This variety makes a great mixed-border grass. They grow very quickly to about four feet. The seed head grows big & fluffy in the summer. Into the fall, their seed heads can be dried & used for flower arrangements or as food for birds, hamsters & other pets. Each pack comes with basic instructions for germination.
