INSTRUCTIONS: Once purchased you need to send us a spread sheet with the names so we can copy & paste. We will send a proof & once approved by you - we send the sign. If there are any edits that need to be done - tell us at that time. Otherwise, we send it as you approved. We send proofs on this sign due to the many names that are provided. We want to make sure no mistakes are made on your end or ours. We cannot be held responsible for any errors on final proofs that are accepted by the customer & printed. We want your items to look exactly as you'd like, so please be sure to review from top to bottom of your proof. Once approved we take that as 100% everything is correct. CUSTOMIZATION: We can change color of the text. If you want a different color than beige for text please let us know in the buyer notes the color you choose when purchasing. PROCESSING TIMES: This is a product that is specifically made for you so each one is printed ONLY when purchased. We understand it is important to receive your order in a timely manner so we try & get your order out ASAP.
