Description

This control panel was made by Sensitive Research Instrument Corporation & it was part of a Mutual Conductance Dynamometer. Sensitive Research Instrument Corporation was founded in 1927 in New Rochelle, New York, & it operated until 1975, when it was bought by Electrical Service Instruments. I'm not sure what a mutual conductance dynamometer does, or what it measures, but my guess is that it has something to do with radio waves. I am unable to determine whether this is in functioning condition. There is a solenoid attached on the back, & multiple connections. The panel appears to be very hard plastic with a glass window. It measures about 7" from side to side, about 6 3/4" high, & 4 3/8" deep. It weighs about 1 1/2 pounds. Cool piece with a steampunk vibe. FREE shipping within the United States. I'll gladly combine shipping with other items whenever possible. For shipment elsewhere, please contact me for a shipping quote.
