Description
This Child's milk glass plate was made to serve a child's spoon feed meal. The plate originally had gold paint on the alphabet letters & the edge balls. The gold was painted onto the finished plate, thus, called "cold" paint. This type of paint process usually slowly rubbed off with heavy use. But could also be redone to make the plate a wonderful wall decoration for a nursery. The plate meausres7" diameter x 1" height Vintage items naturally have play or use wear, production imperfections, & traces of age.
