They count as extra characters. "How can I send my reference images?" -Please send your reference images via private message upon purchasing. It would be great if the images are clear. Also, it would be helpful to include photos of the type of clothing, pose, or facial expression you'd like. "Can you send me a printed canvas?" -Sorry, however this is a DIGITAL product only. You can specify the canvas size though in case you have plans on printing this digital product yourself. :) "How long before I can get my order?" - I try my best to send all orders purchased within 2-4 business days. For HOLIDAY SEASONS, turnaround days can be longer up to 7 business days since we get a number of purchases during these times. "Am I allowed to have my illustration revised?" -Sure! I allow adjustments to make my customers satisfied with their portraits. Just note that any revisions, additions, or change of mind that were not mentioned from the original order/drawing notes may result to extra charges. So please provide me the details you want upon purchasing. That would be really helpful!
