You can send existing artworks that you already have, pictures, or references that can be used to bring your idea to life & have them printed on the shot glasses. If you need the shot glasses rushed, please send me a message or make sure to tell me in the notes section. Rush fees vary but I am happy to answer all of your questions. If you need to see a mock-up before we begin production, make sure to indicate your request in the personalization box or in the notes section. We will immediately begin production after 48 hours unless you send us a response of approval, revision, & the likes. Please be aware that shipping fees for international orders may vary. We kindly request that you contact us for a more accurate quote tailored to your specific location. The shipping fee displayed on the listing is subject to change based on your destination. RETURNS/DAMAGES: Since these are custom-made items, we cannot accept returns on them unless they are damaged or are the wrong products. If they are, please send us photographs of the items received focusing on the damage within 3 days from the date of delivery.
