- PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING - Each Etsy shop is independently owned/operated & has different polices & procedures, please reach out if you have questions regarding ours & we would be happy to help! :) - ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES shown on each listing are based on PRIORITY SHIPPING, not standard shipping. - Orders are shipped in time to be delivered ON or BEFORE your stated Need By Date. - If you need your order within 15-25 days, you will need to upgrade to the PRIORITY 1-4 Day shipping. - If you need your order within 14 days or less, you will need to upgrade to the ExPRESS 1-2 Day shipping. - If you need your order within 26+ days, you DO NOT need to upgrade shipping. - DO NOT make your Need By Date the day of/day before your event- we cannot guarantee what time of day your package will be delivered. We recommended a minimum of 2-3 days before the event. - The number of days between your DATE OF PURCHASE & your stated NEED BY DATE will determine if upgraded shipping is needed. (example: DOP 01/15/24 to NBD 01/25/24 is 10 days & requires the express shipping // DOP 01/15/24 to NBD 02/05/24 is 21 days & requires the priority shipping) - SHIPPING UPGRADE REQUIREMENTS ARE TO ENSURE EVERY CUSTOMER RECEIVES THEIR CUSTOM, HANDMADE COOLERS in TIME. Shipping Upgrade Prices are based off the rates for shipping per USPS & can be added to your cart through our links or via the shipping section during checkout. - If you choose not to upgrade shipping, we are not responsible for late deliveries as this information is available to all customers BEFORE placing an order. Each order is CUSTOM & HANDMADE & requires time to produce along side our many other orders. - Orders are shipped in time to be delivered ON or BEFORE your stated Need By Date. - YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED WHEN YOUR ORDER SHIPS via email & provided a USPS tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the most accurate delivery information. - Once your order is shipped we no longer hold responsibility over the package, this includes: shipping time, delays or lost items that are marked correctly delivered. - AFTER YOU PLACE AN ORDER: If you have a premade design, please send it to us via the Etsy messenger BEFORE placing an order. - A proof of your custom design will be sent to you for approval. You will have the option to make changes or approve & move in to production. - Your order WILL NOT move in to production until you have approved your design 100%. Failure to respond within a timely manner could result in a shipping delay or you being required to upgrade shipping for a on time delivery. - If 10 days are to pass with no response/approval of the provided proof, the order will be produced & shipped as is shown in the proof.
