Jim Fregosi was the proverbial baseball lifer. He starred on the diamond for 18 years, managed another 15 & was even a scout until he died at the age of 71. Talk about a life. Fregosi was the Angels first signature star & team's first All-Star. He even grabbed a Gold Glove in 1967. Fregosi wore this "MacGregor" size 44 California Angels jacket. It originally came from the estate of Gene Autry, who was the team's owner.
