This vintage spotlight is designed by Philips, Holland, in the 1970s. It has a base of black plastic & a shade i brown painted metal. The entire shade can be adjusted upwards or to the side. When you twist the shade, it can be adjusted in wideness of the light exposure. It uses an E27 bulb & has a short grey cord. Signs of age: Superficial scratches & one dent in the shade.
