Yellow Cabbage Collard Seeds: The leaves are tender with a mild, less bitter flavor than regular collard greens. Similar in taste to Chinese Bok Choy. The leaves have a light green to light yellow tint & have been grown in my garden. Direct sow 1/8" deep after all danger of frost & keep soil evenly moist but not soggy. Or sow in shallow pots or flats indoors under grow lights. Use a good seed starting mix. Harden off a few weeks before transplanting them outside. 75 days. 30+ seeds.
