Coasters will come exactly as shown (including the & symbol) personalized with your two names & address. Item info: ~ Engraved faux leather coaster set includes: 1 Coaster set of 6 & coaster holder. All colors engrave black except rustic - engraves gold & black - engraves silver. Engraved color cannot be changed. ~ Comes engraved in design shown in choice of 7 colors. ~ Each coaster measures approx. 4" x 4". All coasters will be engraved in same design. ~ Will come in design/font/layout/capitalization etc. as shown unless otherwise discussed. How to order: ~ Please leave only the names & address to be engraved in the personalization box at checkout. ~ Please be sure to double check the personalized info you leave us (spelling/dates). ~ If you request a proof it will be sent via Etsy messages & work will not start until we get approval from you thru Etsy messages. Thank you! Personalized items cannot be returned or refunded as they are made especially for you. However if we make an error just send us a quick photo & we will happily remake your order. If you make an error on spelling or dates we unfortunately cannot remake, you will need to place a new order. Order processing & shipping: ~ Orders will typically be engraved & shipped in 1-5 business days. We will get them out as soon as possible though as we know you want your order asap! ~ All orders will be shipped with tracking. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has been shipped. ~ We do not send invoices with orders.
