Customer service is very important to me & I am more then willing to help resolve any issues you might have! This is a women's traditional bouffant style scrub hat, handmade from 100% cotton. It has 3/8" cotton twill ties in the back so you can control how tight you want it! - they are sealed to prevent fraying. No more headaches from tight elastic. I also have an adjustable toggle with elastic if you'd prefer that option! Each bouffant is approximately 12-13" in diameter & the bands are approximately 1 1/2" thick. Please see the pictures for a visualization of sizing.
