Our stencils work with regular craft paints & can be re-used many times. HOW TO STENCIL A DOOR MAT: Position the stencil over the mat & tape it in place with masking tape. (or you can try using a temporary spray adhesive on the back!). Use a good paint brush or cosmetic sponge & regular craft paints. (Note: chalk paint or mineral paints are more durable for outdoor use but are still not permanent.) Stencil-paint in the design & seal with a spray sealant if desired. Sealing your finished mat with a product called "FlexSeal" will help prolong the life of your mat. Overtime the paint may fade due to weather or foot traffic. SHIPPING: Please allow 1-3 business days for us to custom cut & create your decals. Orders ship thru USPS & are usually received within 1-3 business days for domestic orders & 7-10 business days for international orders. Customs or duty charges may apply when shipping to international destinations. Customer is responsible to pay these fees if applicable. / Shipping times may vary, especially when crossing borders: we cannot guarantee how long it will take to go thru customs. All of our designs are created, manufactured, & shipped from Utah. RETURNS: If for some reason you are unhappy with the size or quality of your order, you may return it within 30 days & receive a full replacement (of equal or lesser value) (less shipping). (stencil must be in new / unused condition) If you find that any of our products are defective, we will replace your exact lettering at no charge or refund the entire purchase price. You may be required to return the defective design, or send a photo showing the defect/problems you encountered. This will help us prevent the same problems from occurring again.
