This is a 20oz skinny tumbler, the bottom of the tumbler will show white. Water Bottle Option is a 20oz tumbler along with two different lids as pictured. Please note; The straw you choose will NOT fit if you're using the BLACK top, it will only be useful when using the standard clear slide lid. The design is printed directly onto the tumbler which means NO EPOxY is required. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Depending on my work flow, please allow 3-5 business days for completion. This does not include weekends or holidays. If you need a rush order, please add the "Rush My Order" listing along with your tumbler order, this will bump you up to the front of the line. All items are shipped USPS Parcel Select Ground which is 2-5 business days AFTER my current turnaround time. Care Instructions To ensure that your tumbler stays amazing, please take note of the following care instructions: DO NOT freeze or microwave your tumbler DO NOT soak. DO NOT leave in hot temperature... like your car during the summer DO NOT place tumbler in dishwasher Hand-wash ONLY Keep away from abrasive & harsh detergents/chemicals. Avoid dropping tumbler I will also include a care card inside of the tumbler as a reminder. Please note colors may vary on phone screens & monitors CREATIONS BY ANGELITZA'S SHOP POLICIES: Please note, since we do work with personalized orders there are NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS unless I made a mistake, in that case, I will request the tumbler be returned to me for inspection & I'll either fix it or replace it. Please handle the tumbler with care, even though it is sealed it does not mean it's indestructible. I will not be held responsible for any misuse of the tumbler. For items requested with no glitter there is a possibility you may receive your item with specks of glitter. It is very hard to avoid any glitter as I do specialize in glittering majority of my items. Friendly reminder all items are handmade so they may or may not have imperfections.
